Julia develops and runs professional education programmes in privacy and AI. Before co-founding BestDPO, she ran the Training Business Unit at Data Privacy Office Europe, taking new programmes from the initial idea through launch and delivery. Earlier, she led the company’s marketing team.

At BestDPO, Julia brings together experts, programme design, operations and audience development, turning complex ideas into coherent learning products and moving them from concept to launch.

Tatsiana is a privacy and AI lawyer with 7+ years of experience across private practice and in-house roles in health-tech, ride-hailing and travel tech. She currently works as Senior Privacy Counsel at a global travel technology company in Amsterdam, advising product and commercial teams on data protection, AI governance and EU digital regulation.

Her expertise includes global privacy law, AI regulation, the DSA, DMA, Data Act, DORA and consumer protection. At BestDPO, Tatsiana teaches privacy management, European AI compliance and career development, bringing an in-house perspective on practical judgement, cross-functional advisory and the day-to-day responsibilities of a privacy manager.

Nastassia Parkhimovich

Nastassia is a privacy professional and experienced corporate training instructor. Having landed the career of a personal data protection specialist in 2021 at Data Privacy Office, she has completed numerous projects as a Senior Consultant, advising clients on privacy laws across the EU, Belarus and Central Asia. Nastassia has also gained profound teaching experience as a trainer of open and corporate courses. At the moment Nastassia is a trainer of a “Personal Data Protection” program organized and managed by the supervisory authority of Belarus.

At BestDPO, Nastassia teaches European Privacy Foundations, helping participants build a structured understanding of European privacy through clear explanations, practical examples and expert-led discussion.
